BMXercise is fun, friendly and fitness-based BMXing for women. It’s a great way to gain confidence on a bike, meet new people and pick up new skills. The sessions work to increase fitness in a fun and friendly atmosphere, which sets BMXercise a part from a normal BMX Club session.
Sessions run for an hour, include bike and helmet hire and are just £4 – first session is free! There is car parking onsite. Please don’t block residents in!

Do I need my own bike?
No! For all our sessions, all equipment is provided including bikes and helmets. We do ask that you wear long sleeved clothing.
I’ve never tried BMX before. Can I still come along?
Of course! The vast majority of our BMXercisers haven’t touched a BMX before coming along.
I’m not very fit. Will I be ok to join?
Yes! BMXercise is suitable for all levels of fitness – our coaches are trained to adapt sessions to match participants abilities.
I’m nervous about turning up alone
Don’t be! Our sessions are designed to be social and friendly and our coaches will introduce themselves to you and make you feel welcome.
Is there an age limit?
Our sessions are open to women aged 16 and older (with plenty of women 50+ joining in the sessions)
Do I need to be able to ride a bike?
You don’t need to be an expert bike rider by any means, but we do require a basic standard of riding.
