The tea rooms open at 2pm, hence our later than usual start time
Helmets as always are advised. Please bring a spare inner tube to suit your bike and a pump. Cash and/or card for the coffee stop and a mobile phone if you have one, but under no circumstance use the phone whilst cycling.
we welcome newcomers to our ride and we never leave anyone behind. If you are a new cyclist or a returner you may wish to come on one of our many flatter rides first
