A rare chance to watch some professional cycle racing in Gloucester. Many of the world top riders will have been in Scotland for the World Champs in August and many road racers will be returning for the Tour Britain. Stage 7 takes place in Gloucester with the nearest point to Swindon being Cirencester. The race is expected come through the town between 1230 and 1255 depending on how fast the pace is.  Please bear in mind we may be waiting by the side of the road for a hour or more

We will get there via a few trails and country roads.

The plan is to get to Corinium in time for a coffee and then locate a good vantage point. Your leader will have been out in the days before to select a few locations but others will have been doing the same so we will options up our sleeve
