This is a confidence-building ride which mostly follows traffic-free cycle paths with the occasional short section of quiet road. Most of this ride is fairly flat, with the main hill being up to Shaw Ridge Linear Park.

Please bring along some water, particularly if it’s a hot day. Helmets are advised.

These rides are designed as social rides to help you explore your local area by bike and are generally traffic-free. Lycra is optional and all bikes and riders are welcome, we ride at the speed of the slowest rider.
