Our final BMXercise of the year is going to be a good one! After a warm up, you’ve got 45 minutes to get in as many laps as you can, or want! Ride them as intervals, individual laps or just keep going. You can take as many rests as you want, short loops count for half, and the most laps wins! I’m working on a prize but we’ll definitely have Christmas tunes to ride to plus mulled wine and mince pies for after.
