The Swindon Cycle Map
The Swindon Cycle map is updated every few years, and shows all the traffic-free paths in the borough. You can view the map online (although it’s a probably too big to print), or you can pick up a hard copy for free at Swindon’s libraries and independent bike shops. Alternatively you can email us with your postal address and we will send you a copy.
The Swindon “rounds”
The Swindon rounds are a series of short circular traffic free routes that you can cycle, walk or jog. At 7 miles in length you can join them at any point.
There are now five circular rounds of up to 7 miles – West Swindon (look out for the red stickers on lampposts), Dorcan round (look out for the purple stickers) and the Haydon round (blue stickers). We have recently added a Tadpole round and – soon – a South Swindon round, although these are not yet marked on the lamp posts. You can download the maps from the links below and print at home.
The Urban round is a 17-mile circuit of the Swindon urban area. Go and explore!
