Temporary closure of Brunel Cycle Park – advance notice to remove bikes and locks!

To allow for the installation of a new “cycle detection system” in Brunel Cycle Park, the existing bike stands will be removed from the park on Monday 15th November and the cycle park will be closed to users all week, reopening by Monday 22nd November.

Can users please ensure that they remove all locks from the stands, and relocate their bikes to the Fleming Way cycle park instead during this period.  Any locks not removed will be recycled.

When the park reopens, there will be a new area for “non-standard” cycles, such as cargo bikes, trikes, recumbents and trailers.  The system will allow better monitoring of spaces available in the park, and our policy of not parking for more than 6 weeks will be enforced.

Thanks for your cooperation.
