Corporation Street to reopen

Work to improve Whalebridge junction and Corporation Street is now completed ahead of schedule and the road is now reopen.

Swindon’s Bus Company says, “Whilst this is welcome news for traffic levels and the residents of Swindon in general, we regret that due to the complexity of changing back to our previous routes and timetables, we cannot do so until the originally scheduled date of Saturday 2nd December.  Until that date, we will continue to operate the temporary timetables and stopping arrangements that we have been operating since August, with apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Therefore the buses will continue to divert until Saturday 2nd December.
