About this ride

This is a free social ride.

A family-friendly ride from St Marks Park exploring some of the green spaces of West Swindon and it’s many traffic-free cycle paths.

As with all the ‘Potter on Pedals’ rides we take the quietest routes which follow mainly traffic-free cycle paths, with the occasional short section of quiet residential road. All ages and abilities are welcome, no special equipment is required, just you and your bike. This is a friendly, supportive, social ride all about helping you discover more on your doorstep. Lycra is not required 🙂

After the ride you are encouraged to stay and play at the park or enjoy the yummy food and drink at St Mark’s Coffee House.

Under 16’s must wear a helmet and we recommend that adults do too, but it is your personal choice. You may want to bring some money for snacks/refreshments at the café.

Everyone is welcomed onto this social ride and we never leave anyone behind.
