This ride is an introduction to our guided ride program. It’s an easy short ride ride taken at a gentle pace to show mainly new cyclists or those returning how much fun social cycling can be.

Mostly off road and flat, we will stop a couple of time a long the way just to point out features of Nightingale Woods. There is the opportunity to have a quick coffee/tea/orange juice at Roves Farm if everyone in the group agrees.

Please bring a face mask; you have to wear it on entering a café and in the event of first aid being required. For all our rides you should bring at least a spare inner tube and a pump. If your wheels are bolted on then a spanner that fits the nuts is also essential. Helmets are not compulsory but most definitely recommended. Note children under 18 MUST wear an approved helmet. You should dress appropriately for the weather, and consider bringing your mobile phone along with cash or debit card just in case we have the coffee stop. Note Some café’s only take card payments.
