Come and join Swindon Travel Choices and “Doctor Bike” at the ‘Wheelie Wednesday’ at Wharf Green.  As part of a summer of free activities, we’ll have everything you need to get you cycling.

You can get your bike security marked for free with Bike Register (the national database).  There’s also free bike checks with the bike doctor, and the opportunity to grab some maps, goodies and information.

The full day of cycling-themed activities is in association with Life Cycle, Rogers Bikes, Travel Choices, British Cycling, Moredon Sporting HUB and e-Motion.

 Activities include:

• Let’s Ride: Guided ride around Swindon
• Free drop-in bike repairs from a qualified mechanic
• Bike security marking
• Learn to cycle sessions with BMX bikes, adapted bikes, ICE recumbent trikes and electric bikes
• Cycling-themed crafts
• Face painting, glitter art and temporary tattoos
• Pop-up food and drink available throughout the day

The event is held at Wharf Green in Swindon Town Centre (by McDonalds), Time 11am – 5pm
