Half Term Cycling Programme at Moredon Sporting Hub
As the schools break up for the half term break and the weather is being kind (ish), there’s a full programme of two-wheeled activity at the Moredon Sporting Hub.
Along with the regular weekly sessions, here’s a summary below of what’s on this half term holiday.
Tuesday
Learn to Cycle & Next Steps Cycling Confidence Sessions
Fun 1hr sessions to help children learn to cycle independently and develop their cycling skills. Cost: £5.00 per session (includes bikes & helmets if required)

Intro to Pump Tracks (Girls)
Fun, coached sessions to help show children key skills to use on the BMX pump track. FREE.

Fun, inclusive sessions designed to introduce kids aged 6 to 16 years old to mountain biking. £8.00 per session, OFFER – One sibling goes free with every booked space! Bikes & helmets available to borrow. Girls only session is FREE

Half Term Family Cycling
Exclusive use of the traffic-free track for kids and their families to enjoy cycling together. Childseats, trailers and bikes available to borrow on request.
Cost: £5.50 per child (one adult free with each child) £5.50 per additional adult* – bike & helmet included

Half Term Limitless Family Cycling
Limitless Family cycling, is our session exclusively for SEND families. Enjoy cycling together on our enclosed, traffic-free track. Adapted cycles & helmets included.
Cost: £4.50 per child (One adult goes free with every child) £5.50 Extra adult*

There’s a dedicated ‘Cycling’ page of the Moredon Sporting Hub website which has details of all the current cycling sessions taking place at the site. Most of these sessions are supported by grant funding, which allows us to keep the sessions at low costs.
