Spring Stroll along the Green Trail

Join in this hour-long, sociable ramble along the South Swindon Green Trail.  We’ll be heading along the stretch from East Wichel to Swindon Town Centre where you can stay in town for lunch / shopping. We will show you where to get the bus home if you don’t fancy walking back.  The route is just over 2 miles and includes a steep hill near the beginning.

We will leave from outside East Wichel Primary School at Midday.  No need to book, just pop along.

Car Club launches!

This brand new car is part of Swindon’s Co-wheels Car Club family and is parked on Shippery Lane, Wichelstowe, ready for residents and the neighbouring community to use.

It’s part of the Swindon car club, which allows you to access pay-as-you-go cars so you have a vehicle when you need it, but not the expense of owning it.  The car can be hired for just £5.95 an hour, with cheaper day rates.

If you’re not yet a member, visit https://www.co-wheels.org.uk/swindon and use code WICHELSTOWE for great joining offers.
